[?] What We Do

Outreach extends Cyber@UCI's impact beyond campus. Our goal is to inspire the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. We bring free cybersecurity education into K-12 classrooms, invite guest speckers to share their journeys with our members, and build partnerships that support the club's efforts. Alongside our other subteams, we carry Cyber@UCI's mission outward, so the work of our competition teams, workshop leads, and members reaches beyond our own community.

Every "host" in the log above is a relationship someone on the team is actively maintaining, not a one-time email, but an ongoing line of contact.

    Reaching out to our Community

    Cyber@UCI members bring free, interactive cyber awareness and education into K-12 classrooms. We host virtual and in-person sessions that help schools introduce cybersecurity careers and college pathways.

    Secure resources and industry sponsorships from companies and organizations to support our competitions, workshops, and events. Our partners receive visibility, recruiting access, and other benefits.

    Campus partnerships

    We invite industry professionals, faculty, and alumni so our members can hear from real experience and network. Throughout the year, we also collaborate with fellow campus organizations to co-host events.

    Cross-team coordination

    Work with Graphics, Social Media, and Web to keep Cyber@UCI's outreach consistent and strengthen visibility. We coordinate across subteams to maintain a professional and updated brand.
